Macron’s remarks come after a three-day trip to China and a high-profile meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping.
When it comes to worldwide reliance on the dollar, Macron thinks Europe should reduce its reliance on the “extraterritoriality of the US currency.”
It is the most extensively utilised currency for international transactions and is by far the most dominating currency in the foreign exchange market.
Yet, recent international attempts have concentrated on reducing the world’s long-standing reliance on the dollar.
A group of economically coordinated nations known as the BRICS is apparently planning to introduce an alternative currency to the dollar.
A number of other countries, including Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Iran, Indonesia, Turkey, and Egypt, are said to be interested in joining the alliance.
So why not take a look at Bitcoin, as it already offers the answer to the alternative they seek.
